Overview
Hardscrabble Trail takes you through 46.3 miles of rugged Iron County terrain. This intermediate loop features rocky sections, mountain passes, and panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.

May through October offers the best conditions. Early morning starts are recommended in summer to avoid afternoon heat. Fall colors make September and October particularly scenic.
